Is there any requirement for joining an auction?
Everyone is welcome to visit our gallery and bid at an auction. However, before you bid, you must register with us and provide your information.

How do I bid/buy certain lots?
There are four ways to bid: present at the auction, by telephone, by absentee or via LiveAuctioneers.com. For further details, please Click here to investigate.

Where do I order the catalogs?
You can either email us info@altair-auctions, call us at +1 781.349.8388, or Click here to leave us a message. Alternatively, you can either Click here to download a digital catalog for the upcoming auctions, Click here to view it on our website or visit LiveAuctioneers.com to view our catalogs.

Where can I obtain condition reports?
You can either email us info@altair-auctions, call us at +1 781.349.8388, or Click here to leave us a message, with specfic lot numbers and any other requests.

Do you provide storage for the properties that I won?
All property purchased from Altair Auctions must be removed within 60 days after the auction date. Altair auctions will not be responsible for paid items left for over 60 days after the auction date. (unless a prior agreement has been made). Items left after 60 days will incur a $10/day storage fee per item. Once storage fees have exceeded the actual purchase price of the item(s) Altair Auctions can exercise the right to re-auction.

Do you accept returns?
NO. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PROPERTIES SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

How do I pay for the items that I won? Do you ship them?
We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, & Discover), cash, and wire transfer. All payments or settlements shall be made in US dollars, buyers shall only collect the lots after full payments are made. Should payments be made by check or draft, lots will only be released after bank clearance. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE AUCTION.

We do not ship. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon request, our staff will provide the list of shippers who deliver to destinations within united states and overseas. Please Click here to read more about payment and shipment.

How can I have my properties evaluated?
Please call us at 781.349.8388 to schedule an appointment for appraisal. Alternatively, you can email us services@altair-auctions.com high-resolution photos with brief introduction, our professional appraiser will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I consign my properties?
Once you and our appraiser reach an agreement, he/she will present you a consignment sheet with Terms and Conditions indicated at the back. Please read carefully and ask the apprasier if you have any questions. For further details, please Click here.

How do I deliver my properties to you?
You can either drop by our gallery and leave the properties directly with us, mail them with proper packing or ask our appraiser to pick them up. Please call us for details.
